Admission Procedure

ADMISSIONPROCEDUREPHOTO

  • Present the entrance examination requirements to the Guidance Office for Evaluation.
  • Fill-out the application form in the Guidance Office.
  • Pay the Testing   Fee in the Cashier Office.
  • Proceed to the Guidance for Examination.

Enrollment Requirements and Procedure is a One-Stop-Shop.
The Student and their parent must express their willingness to abide by the school regulations by signing the contract in the registration form during enrollment.
Transferee is put under Probationary Status for the duration of one school year.
Student applicant who passed the Entrance Examination shall submit the Enrollment requirements.
A student shall enroll within the period of registration contained in the approved school calendar by the DepEd.

An admission is granted to an applicant with the definite understanding that the student and their parents or guardian agree to comply with the scholastic standards and discipline policies of the school. The school authorities claim the right to treat cases contrary to the regulations in accordance with their Christian system of discipline and guidance.

Grade 7 Students (Regular)

Requirements

Procedures

1. Entrance Examination Result.

2.Original Report Card (F138)

3. Letter of Recommendation and / or Original Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal or Guidance counselor of the school where the applicant came from.

4. Conduct Grade of at least 80% or B.

5.Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)

6. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate.

1. Secure an Admission Slip at the Guidance Center and submit this together with the Report Card at the Enrolment Officer.

“NO REPORT CARD, NO ENROLMENT POLICY”.

2. Upon submission, the Enrolment Officer will then issue a Registration Form, Individual Cumulative Record and a copy of the Agreement on Fees to the enrolee.

3. Submit the accomplished Registration Form and signed Copy of Agreement  to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and assessment. The accomplished Individual Cumulative Record will submit to the Guidance Office. 

4. Secure the Enrolment Permit in the Registrar’s Office before the Payment.

5. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the Payment of Fees.

6. Return to the Registrar’s Office for securing the Admission Slip.

7. Have the Admission Slip signed by the Directress and Principal.

8. Proceed to Books & Uniform Section.

9. Attend the Basic Catechetical Instruction as scheduled.

10. Attend freshmen orientation as scheduled.

 

Transferees

Requirements

Procedures

  1. Entrance Examination Result

Foreign Students

Requirements

Procedures

  1. Entrance Examination Result
  2. Certificate of Compliance with the BID and DFA requirements.
  3. Certificate of Eligibility for admission from the DepEd.
  4. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) duly signed by the officers of DFA and DepEd.
  5. Approved Study Permit from Foreign Students Division, DepEd and Evaluation paper inclusive.
  6. Original Report Card (F138) and other Credentials from school last attended
  7. Photocopy of Birth and Baptismal Certificate

Old Students

Requirements

Procedures

  1. Original Report Card (F138) of the previous school year.
  2. For students who took up summer classes, they must present a copy of their summer grades.

1. Old Students on Probation must seek clearance from the Academic or Discipline Coordinator before enrolment.

2. Submit the Report Card at the Registrar’s Office.

“NO REPORT CARD, NO ENROLMENT POLICY”.

3. Upon submission, the Enrolment Officer will then issue a Registration Form and a copy of the Agreement on Fees to the enrolee.

4.Submit the accomplished Registration Form and signed Copy of Agreement to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and assessment

5. Secure the Enrolment Permit in the Registrar’s Office before the Payment.

6. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the Payment of Fees.

7. Return to the Registrar’s Office for securing the Admission Slip.

8. Have the Admission Slip signed by the Directress and Principal.

9. Proceed to Books & Uniform Section.

 

Readmission/Returning Students

Procedures

  1. Original Report Card (F138) of the previous school year.
  2. For a student who took up summer classes, they must present a copy of their summer grades.

1. A returning student must seek clearance from the Academic or Discipline Coordinator before enrolment. They will be put on probation status for one school year and will be asked to sign the Probationary Contract.

2. Upon approval they must submit the Report Card at the Registrar’s Office.

“NO REPORT CARD, NO ENROLMENT POLICY”.

3. Upon submission, the Enrolment Officer will then issue a Registration Form and a copy of the Agreement on Fees to the enrolee.

4.Submit the accomplished Registration Form and signed Copy of Agreement to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and assessment

5. Secure the Enrolment Permit in the Registrar’s Office before the Payment.

6. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the Payment of Fees.

7. Return to the Registrar’s Office for securing the Admission Slip.

8. Have the Admission Slip signed by the Directress and Principal.

9. Proceed to Books & Uniform Section.

10. Attend freshmen orientation as scheduled.

 

Non-Catholic Students

A non-Catholic applicant is accepted in the condition that:
they attend the CLEd class as part of the curriculum.
they attend the class/institutional mass, recollection/retreat, etc. but will not be obliged to receive the sacraments.
they will not proselytize a Catholic student to their religion.

Credentials

A student is considered officially enrolled only after they have submitted all required credentials.  Credentials submitted for enrolment become part of the school record and cannot be withdrawn unless the student leaves the school.

Section Assignment

The task of assigning students to sections falls on the Guidance Counselor for the Grade 7 students and transferees, and on the Committee on Admission and Promotion for the other years based on the grade average,
results of the entrance examination and interview in case of new students and on the student’s rank and conduct grade in the previous year in the case of the other year levels.

For Transferees

The grades of the transferees will be evaluated by the Guidance Counselor and the Academic Coordinator.
If qualified for inclusion to section 1, they will undergo a series of tests in English, Mathematics and Science.
Upon passing the examinations, they will be interviewed by the Academic Coordinator for their communication skills.

A student from the BEP classes whose scholastic performance record is deemed unsatisfactory shall be subjected to the following sanctions:

Warning

If they obtain a grade lower than 83 in English, Mathematics, Science, TLE and in any of the Business Subjects or lower than 80 in other subjects in any grading period.

Probation

If they fail to meet grade requirements for the second time.

Removal

If they fail to meet the grade requirements for the third time.

The execution of the removal will be done on the following school year.

Withdrawal of Students
A students’ official withdrawal takes effect only when a Withdrawal Form has been accomplished and approved by the Directress-Principal.

Withdrawal Procedure
The parent or guardian of the students notifies the adviser.
The Adviser will secure the withdrawal form from the Registrar’s Office.
The adviser will submit the accomplished Form.
The Discipline & the Guidance will conduct initial and final interview to the student and parent.
The Registrar will submit the accomplished form to the Directress and Principal Office for approval.
Upon Approval of the Directress and Principal the credential of the student will be release.
